VAB Earth Mining is engaged in the extraction and processing of natural Smokey Grey Phyllite stone from our own mines. We supply both raw stone blocks and processed stone products for various construction, landscaping, and architectural applications.
Our offerings include large quarry blocks for further cutting and processing, as well as finished products such as calibrated tiles, cobblestones, crazy paving, rock face stone, and cut-to-size units. We work with stone cutters, exporters, builders, contractors, and architects who require consistent material and reliable supply.
We can supply raw blocks for factory processing or provide finished products as per required size, thickness, and finish. Bulk orders for residential, commercial, and landscaping projects can be processed and supplied as per project specifications.
From Block to Finished Product
At VAB Earth Mining, the process starts at our own mines, where natural stone blocks are carefully extracted and transported to the yard. From there, blocks can either be supplied as raw blocks or sent for further processing depending on customer requirements.
The blocks can be processed into calibrated tiles, cobblestones, wall cladding stone, crazy paving, rock face finish stone, and custom cut-to-size units. Different finishes such as natural, tumbled, calibrated, sawn, and rock face can be produced depending on the application.
This complete process, from quarrying to processing, allows us to maintain consistent stone quality, proper thickness calibration, and reliable supply for small as well as large projects.
